How to always "show menu bar" in Windows 7

When using programs like the Windows Explorer, the top menu is not displayed by default. The top menu is the one that contains File, Edit, View, Tools and Help (see pic below)

To always show it, follow these simple steps:

- Open the Control Panel

- Go to Folder Options

- Click the View tab and then check Always show menus (see pic below)

- Click Apply and OK
