There is also an elevator pitch competition coming up on October 27. This is what the flier says:
THIS IS A GREAT NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY FOR INVESTORS, BUSINESS LEADERS, AND ENTREPRENEURS.

We also had another MBA admissions committee meeting this week. Official letters will go out tomorrow. Prior to the meeting, we had 21 in our class that will begin in January. We will make 15-17 more offers based on this meeting. The number is not set in stone because we are still waiting on an item or two from a couple of students in order to finalize the decision.
WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE CLASS THAT WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY 2012. This is due to the processing involved and the time remaining until Orientation (January 9-13).
Domestic applications will continue to be accepted through November as space is available. Our goal is 40 students. Email gsb@walton.uark.edu with questions.
